CHEEEEESE!" Since 1903, the Cal Poly Creamery has produced cheeses and other dairy products. All of the Creamery’s dairy products are natural and made from fresh, wholesome milk from Cal Poly’s own dairy cows. The Creamery affords students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production of cheese and other dairy products, while working alongside experienced cheese makers. The Creamery offers seven different types of cheeses including Chipotle Jack and several varieties of Cheddar, Gouda and our signature San Luis Lace. These fine chocolates are a student enterprise project produced in the Food Science and Nutrition department. Try Cal Poly’s chocolate dipped macadamia nuts, pretzels, graham crackers, apricots cashew turtles or smores, all available by the bag or box. Candy bars with your logo are also available.
