Advance registration for all events is required.  Tickets to the BBQ, Wine Tasting and Football Game are sold out across campus.   Our waiting lists are also closed.

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WHO DID NOT REGISTER:
Guests interested in the  November 9 and November 10 performances of Arabian Nights may check ticket availability and place online orders on the Performing Arts Center Web site at www.pacslo.org or by calling 1-888-233-ARTS (inside California) or 1-805-756-ARTS (outside of California).

Parking is required on Friday, November 9 from 7 am - 5 pm and for the evening Performing Arts Event.   You may purchase day use parking permits at the Grand Avenue Kiosk or at any parking dispenser and evening permits from the parking officers monitoring the Grand Avenue parking structure and 'G' lots.

Parking is required on Saturday, November 10 starting at Noon. Permits may be purchased from the parking officers monitoring the lots at that time.

INFORMATION FOR OUR REGISTERED GUESTS:
Thank you for your reservation.  If you are on a waiting list for any event, you will be contacted if we receive cancellations that allow us to accommodate additional guests. 

NOTE:  IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL ALL OR PART OF YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US.  ALTHOUGH IT IS PAST THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE COST OF THE TICKETS YOU WISH TO CANCEL IF WE CAN SELL YOUR TICKETS FROM OUR WAITING LISTS.  WE HAVE WAITING LISTS FOR FOOTBALL, BBQ, WINE TASTING AND THE SLO SYMPHONY.

A Parents' Weekend hospitality packet will be mailed by the Parent Program to the billing address of all registered guests during the week of October 29 for receipt shortly thereafter.  The packet includes important check-in and tour information, a map, a schedule of events and parking permits, if you ordered them.  There will be information in the packet explaining how to purchase parking permits when you arrive on campus, if you did not already do so.
